The Hold Up
Do you have a dream or an idea that you KNOW would be a hit? Yet, each time you get ready to begin the task, something stops you and it feels like you just can’t seem to get past the heaviness????
Are you having trouble even talking about your vision because it seems almost an impossible task? If so, I am here to challenge you today, to speak.
What if the only thing holding up your dream is your words or the lack thereof?
The title of this blog is “Words Create” because I found out that they really do. God, whose image we are made in, proved this when in the beginning, HE said, “Let there be light” and the light appeared(the Sun) and it still meets us every morning at the break of dawn.
I also learned as a little girl how quickly the fear of what others might say could bring your soul to a silence so gripping, it is as if someone has bound your mouth with duct tape and there is no way for you to get free.
Fear does that. It comes along and silences your cries and your prayers. Today, it is time for you to get free; it is time for you to speak the word and watch your faith-filled words establish the thing that it was sent forth to create.
