Sometimes, the very moment we decide to do something different—to grow, to stretch, to evolve—it can feel like everything begins to fall apart.
But that isn’t coincidence. It’s resistance.
Real change disrupts what has been comfortable and challenges what has been familiar. And because of that, it rarely feels easy. In fact, its difficulty is often the very reason many people choose not to pursue it at all.
There are days when even I feel the weight of BEcoming—when continuing forward requires more than motivation. It requires intention.
And in those moments, I return to what grounds me.
