Step Into It
As we continue this journey of BEcoming, I have committed myself to revealing my journey as I walk alongside you in yours.
I never want to write to you from a place that suggests I have arrived while you are still trying to figure things out. The truth is, I am still becoming too.
There are things God is revealing to me. There are spaces He is inviting me into. There are opportunities that require me to move differently than I have before.
And sometimes, becoming requires us to step into something before we feel completely ready.
Strategies
For the last several months, I stepped away from social media.
Not because things weren't going well. Honestly, I felt like the rhythm of my life and the many things I had committed myself to were more in sync than they had been in a long time.
But I have learned something about this journey with God: sometimes He will prompt us to step back even when everything appears to be moving forward.
And I have learned to lean into the promptings of the Holy Spirit.
During that time away, I found myself leaning more intentionally into collaborations and connections. I have always prayed for other coaches, leaders, and women who have been called to similar work.
There is something powerful about understanding that you are not the only one carrying the weight of helping people discover their purpose, heal from what has hurt them, and find the courage to walk in what God has called them to become.
We need one another.
And sometimes the next step in our journey is not about working harder. Sometimes it is about being willing to connect differently.
That willingness recently led to an opportunity to be interviewed for the Tiny Team Playbook, created by Leeann Forbes.
The Tiny Team Playbook is a collection of real and practical advice from people who have actually built and led small teams. It includes strategies and insight surrounding team culture, delegation, organization without unnecessary overhead, and the mindset shift that comes when you move from trying to do everything yourself to learning how to lead well.
If you are leading a small team of any kind—whether in business, ministry, your family, or another area of your life—I truly believe you will find something within this free resource that can help you lead with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
And while you are there, you can also grab a free copy of my newest book, Lead Well: The 28-Day Love Challenge for Leaders, the second book in my 28-Day Love Challenge Series.
Sometimes stepping into what God has next for you requires learning something new.
Sometimes it requires receiving help.
Sometimes it requires collaboration.
And sometimes it simply requires saying yes to the opportunity that is standing in front of you.

Connections
One of the things I am most excited about this season is the opportunity to connect with you beyond these blog posts and emails.
Words are powerful. Emails are meaningful. Blogs allow us to reflect.
But sometimes we need another way to connect with the message.
Another opportunity to pause.
Another space to receive encouragement.
Another reminder that becoming is not a destination we arrive at, but a journey we continue to walk.
Introducing: In the BEcoming
On September 1st, we launched a brand-new YouTube series called In the BEcoming. 🎥✨
This series is another extension of the journey we are walking together.
It is a space for encouragement, reflection, truth, and conversations surrounding what it means to move beyond simply believing and begin BEcoming.
Because there is a difference between believing something and allowing that belief to transform the way you live.
You can believe that God has called you and still hesitate when it is time to walk.
You can believe that God has a purpose for you and still hide from the opportunities that require you to step forward.
You can believe that you are capable of becoming more and still struggle to release the version of yourself that has become comfortable.
In the BEcoming is about the journey in between.
The journey between where you have been and where God is taking you.
The journey between believing and becoming.
The journey of healing, growing, learning, surrendering, stretching, and stepping into what God is calling you to BE.
I would love for you to join me on this journey.

And while you are there, I would love for you to subscribe and join the growing community. 💕
Because you do not have to walk through your becoming alone.
Dream Girl Dream Is Returning
There is another opportunity to connect that I am incredibly excited about.
Dream Girl Dream Empowerment Vision Sessions are returning as live events beginning October 17, 2026.
And let me be clear—this is so much more than sitting around for an hour gluing pictures to a poster board.
This is an experience.
It is an opportunity to intentionally pause and consider the life, purpose, and possibilities that are in front of you. It is a live, in-person empowerment experience designed to help you move beyond simply identifying what you want and begin connecting your vision to the woman you are becoming.
Because sometimes the greatest vision you can receive is not a picture of what you want.
Sometimes it is the realization of who you must become in order to walk into what God has already prepared for you.
There will be moments of reflection. Moments of empowerment. Moments of strategy. And yes, there will be space to dream.
But I believe you will leave with more than something to hang on your wall.
My prayer is that you leave with something stirring within you.
Something that reminds you that there is still more.
More purpose.
More possibility.
More courage.
More becoming.
Registration will officially open on September 15, 2026.
And because you are a subscriber, you will receive early access to the limited VIP experience before it is made available to the public.
More details are coming soon, but if I were you, I would keep my eyes open. 👀✨
Something beautiful is being prepared.
And I would love for you to be in the room.
She Who BEcomes: The Podcast
There is one more connection I am equally excited to share with you.
She Who BEcomes: The Podcast officially begins airing on Monday, September 28, 2026. 🎙️✨
This podcast is part of the continued evolution of the message God has placed on my heart.
We are moving from believing to BEcoming.
Because believing something is powerful.
But there comes a moment when what we believe must begin to change how we live.
How we move.
How we respond.
How we show up.
And ultimately, who we become.
I cannot wait to share this next chapter with you.
There are so many opportunities for us to connect in this season, and I pray that you will join me in one—or all—of them.
Because this journey is not about watching someone else become.
It is about recognizing that God is calling you into your own becoming too.
Words
This week, I want to leave you with this:
Step into it.
Whatever it is that God has been preparing you for.
Step into the room.
Step into the opportunity.
Step into the conversation.
Step into the assignment.
Step into the healing.
Step into the obedience.
Step into the version of yourself that God has been calling forth.
You do not have to have every detail figured out before you move.
You do not have to feel completely ready before you obey.
You do not have to wait until every fear disappears before you take the next step.
God never asked you to become everything overnight.
He simply asks you to trust Him enough to take the next step.
So this week, declare:
I will not shrink back from what God has called me to become.
I will step into the spaces God has prepared for me.
I will not allow fear to make decisions that faith was called to make.
I will trust God with what I cannot yet see.
I will grow into the responsibility connected to my calling.
I will receive the connections, opportunities, and wisdom God sends my way.
I will stop waiting for permission to become who God has called me to BE.
I am becoming more confident in my obedience, more intentional in my steps, and more willing to walk by faith.
The Word reminds us in Isaiah 43:19:
“See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it?”
Perhaps this is your reminder to stop standing at the edge of what God is doing.
Perhaps you have prayed for the opportunity.
Prepared for the opportunity.
Dreamed about the opportunity.
And now the opportunity is asking something of you.
A step.
A yes.
A movement.
So, Beautiful Sister...
Step into it.
Not because you have all the answers.
Not because you are completely fearless.
Not because you know exactly how everything will work out.
But because the God who called you is faithful.
And sometimes the greatest evidence of our faith is not simply what we say we believe.
It is the willingness to move when God says,
“This is your moment. Step into it.”
