A 36-Hour Reset to Help You Step Into the Second Half Stronger

There have been several times over the years when I could feel God tugging on me to come in closer.

What once felt like He was pulling me backward now excites my soul because I’ve learned that every divine pause carries intention. Each time I lean into it, I move forward with greater clarity, deeper focus, and a renewed sense of purpose.

This season felt different though.

It felt like more than a pause.
It felt like a pivot.

And I wonder if you’re anything like me — a little uncomfortable whenever you hear that subtle whisper from Heaven:

“Be still and know…”

Maybe what once felt restrictive is actually an invitation.

An invitation to strategize with Heaven.

My own struggle began with an internal sense of overwhelm. Everything I had built was working. The systems were flowing. The routines were established. From the outside, it looked like everything was finally firing on all cylinders.

But internally, something felt off.

Somewhere along the way, the structure that once supported the vision began competing with it. What was originally meant to help people started feeling heavier than the actual call to change lives.

And if I’m honest, part of me kept thinking:

“This is just how it’s done.”

But as I got quiet and leaned into God more intentionally, I realized something important:

The systems weren’t bad.
They just weren’t Heaven’s current strategy for this season.

Not because I failed.
Not because I heard God wrong.
But because God is always moving, always refining, always revealing.

Isaiah 43:19 reminds us to perceive the new thing He is doing.

That requires stillness.
That requires trust.
That requires willingness to SHIFT.

In these moments, I’ve learned to become deeply intentional about both rest and preparation.

I know those two words sound contradictory.

But rest has become my faith move.

Rest prepares my mind, body, and spirit for what God is preparing in the unseen. It creates room for clarity. It strengthens my trust. It allows God to restore, heal, redirect, and renew me before the next assignment unfolds.

So over the next couple of days, I want to encourage you to lean into the pull back instead of resisting it.

Pause long enough to examine:

  • where you are,

  • what feels heavy,

  • what God may be asking you to release,

  • and where He may be calling you to SHIFT as we enter the second half of 2026.

Because sometimes the pull back is not punishment.

Sometimes it’s preparation.

Sometimes it’s the place where new strength, fresh direction, and renewed momentum are found.

And because I’m deeply invested in your restoration and your mid-year SHIFT, I want to offer you something intentional for this season.
